Healing through time

This past week I dove into past lives with more depth than ever before.

Not all of them were my own, clients got to trip down other timelines to call back missing parts of themselves. To understand where core wounds around money, love and trust came into play.

There were stories held within that to worship the ancient Gods was a dangerous undertaking, money creates a burden when asked for, integrity will be lost because of money and greed, to be beautiful and smart is not allowed in society you can be one or the other. Just some of many unconscious wounds we carry as souls through many lifetimes.

While I love that we are co creators in this lifetime and we can manifest positive change with affirmations, our thoughts and action. I feel that yes, these tools mentioned above can create change, but lasting change that actually creates shifts in your ancestral line, is achieved by going back to where it all started. That sometimes the answers lie in a level we cannot see in front of us and we have the ability to go deeper, further back to see where this belief of not being enough, worthy or capable set in.

Not all that you carry is yours. I have been shifting money and love stories in my ancestral line this year and I feel the support of those who have gone before me as I do this.

We take on our elders belief systems as children, and we continue to give them power not always understanding where our ideas came from or why we hold onto them so tightly, consciously and subconsciously.

As we heal a story within us we heal 7 generations forward and 7 generations back...that feels big doesn't it. No pressure.

What it means is, as you heal a family belief that no longer works, a fear, a trauma.....you heal it for the souls in your line that came before you and when they incarnate in their next life they do not bring it back as a lesson to work through again. What a gift.

I feel one of my biggest gifts this life is discovering my power through going back to retrieve it and I love guiding others through the process. Being able to witness and support them as they reclaim their sense of freedom, their openness to receive and their choice to forgive old versions of themselves.
